Procurement

We carry out procurement activities in accordance with the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ “On Procurement of Goods, Works and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities”, as well as in accordance with the Unified Procurement Regulation of Rostec State Corporation. The current version of the Regulation is published on the official website of the Unified Information System (UIS) in the “Procurement” section.

We currently use three electronic trade platforms to conduct trading procedures electronically:

• The official website of Electronic Marketplace Ltd.

• The official website of the Agency for Government Procurement of the Republic of Tatarstan

• Automated bidding system of the Government defense procurement

The current procurement plan for 2021 can be accessed on the official website of the Unified Information System (UIS) in the “Procurement” section.
