Traveling Wave Lamps
The specialists of the Holding developed the first Russian on-board Traveling Wave Lamps with infrared radiation cooling. The use of this device permits to reduce the thermal load on the spacecraft’s thermal control system by more than 2 times, which increases the stability of the satellite's operation in data reception-transmission modes.
Components supplied include ferrite switches, ferrite attenuators and other microwave devices. The equipment is characterized by optimal power consumption, high characteristics and compact size.
New materials based on benzocyclobutene are used for interlayer insulation in high-density electronic modules. The development and industrial use of the technology for producing such dielectrics will allow Russian manufacturers of electronics to stop using imported polymers and ensure the production of modern domestic microelectronic components.
