At the request of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, we develop technologies for the industrial production of polymeric materials for microwave electronics used in spacecraft.

New materials based on benzocyclobutene are used for interlayer insulation in high-density electronic modules. The development and industrial use of the technology for producing such dielectrics will allow Russian manufacturers of electronics to stop using imported polymers and ensure the production of modern domestic microelectronic components.
