04 March 2021
Ruselectronics holding equips checkpoints on the Russian-Chinese border with the latest inspection and inspection complexes & # 40; IDK & # 41 ;. The equipment will automatically control 100 & # 37; cargo without stopping the train. The complexes will be installed at the Pogranichny checkpoints in the Primorsky Territory and Nizhneleninskoye in the Jewish Autonomous Region.
Railway stationary IDK is capable of inspecting trains without stopping the train at a speed of up to 70 km / h, which will significantly speed up the process of passing customs control. The complex recognizes four groups of materials - organic, inorganic, heavy and light metals. Unlike foreign counterparts, the accuracy of the domestic IDK does not depend on the density, packing and material properties. Another competitive advantage of the Russian development is the ability to remotely estimate the weight of the entire consignment or its part with an error of no more than 10 & # 37 ;.
In accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, Ruselectronics was appointed the sole executor of the state contract with FGKU Rosgranstroy. Under the terms of the agreement, the delivery, installation and commissioning of inspection and inspection complexes will be carried out until December 31, 2021.
Ruselectronics, together with FGKU Rosgranstroy, continues the course of modernizing checkpoints and equipping them with the most modern means of control. As a developer and manufacturer of the first Russian IDKs, the holding possesses unique expertise in this area. The technical solutions used in our complexes make it possible to significantly reduce the time for inspection of the train, which has a positive effect on the volume and cost of cargo transportation for the two countries, ”said Sergei Sakhnenko, General Director of the Ruselectronics holding.
IDK is a completely domestic development of the company "Scantronic Systems", NPP "Torii" & # 40; are part of the holding "Ruselectronics" & # 41; and specialists from the Laboratory of Electron Accelerators of Moscow State University. The complex is a highly effective means of remote detection of undeclared goods or illegal investments, for example, explosives and drugs, weapons and ammunition.
Earlier, Ruselectronics installed the first such complex in Zabaikalsk.
